When I moved into my new house, I had a fig tree in my backyard. My dad told me to try the fruit of that tree. I didn’t want to try, but my dad kept on telling me to, so I tried it. And after I tried it, I actually really liked it.
In Lehi’s dream, there was a tree with fruit on it. He told his family to hold onto the rod and come to the Tree of Life to partake of that fruit. I know that the tree represents God’s love and the fruit represents the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
I know we can partake of the fruit by repenting and preparing for baptism, and when we do that we feel happy.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
